Tamko Titan XT architectural shingles.

We completed a full roof replacement in Wilton, CT. Our team stripped and disposed of the existing roofing down to the original decking. Where plywood decking was present, we installed 4-inch seam tape on all seams. We added new F-8 aluminum drip edge metal around the entire roof perimeter and applied Tamko Moisture Guard Ice & Water Barrier to the first six feet of eaves, intersection roof sections, valleys, and other leak-prone areas. The remainder of the roof received synthetic underlayment with reinforced fiberglass. We installed an asphalt universal starter course, followed by new Tamko Titan XT architectural shingles and Tamko Hip & Ridge cap shingles on all ridges and hips. All vent pipes were fitted with new one-piece Never-Leak pipe boots, and we properly step flashed and installed new counter flashing around the chimney.
