Tamko Titan XT architectural shingles

We completed a full roof replacement in North Haven, CT. Our team stripped and disposed of the existing roofing down to the original decking. Where plywood decking was present, we installed 4-inch seam tape on all seams. We added new F-8 aluminum drip edge metal around the entire roof perimeter and applied Tamko Moisture Guard Ice & Water Barrier to the first six feet of eaves, intersection roof sections, valleys, and other leak-prone areas. Synthetic underlayment with reinforced fiberglass was installed on the remainder of the roof, followed by an asphalt universal starter course and new Tamko Titan XT architectural shingles. We also installed our exclusive Attic Armor pest-deterrent system on the ridge, Tamko Hip & Ridge cap shingles on all ridges and hips, and one-piece Never-Leak pipe boots around all vent pipes. The project was finished with proper step flashing and new counter flashing around the chimney.
